Private sessions are tailor-made 1-on-1 lessons with your qualified instructor and are based on all-equipment. They are the ideal starting point for new clients and are required if you are injured or have specific health issues. 1-on-1 sessions are the best way to help you achieve optimal results.  Private sessions can be booked as and when you want.

DUETS

2 people

Semi-Private sessions are for 2 people (of similar experience or level) and one instructor.  Duets are based on both all-equipment and mat exercises with small props such as magic circles and arm weights, when needed. The sessions can be booked as and when you and your partner want.

TOWER SESSIONS

max 4 people

Tower classes are for a maximum of 4 people. They are designed to lengthen your body and develop toned, lean muscles. This format incorporates the classical Pilates mat repertoire and some springs, bar and push through.

GROUP MAT CLASSES

small groups

Group mat classes are intentionally kept small so that you can benefit from individualized attention and gain maximum results. They are based on the mat and use small props such as magic circles and arm weights, when needed. Using the body’s resistance without the support of apparatus makes it a real challenge. Classes are scheduled by the studio.

VIRTUAL PRIVATE
MAT SESSIONS

online

Online private sessions are dedicated to people who want to train from home or are away from town but do not want to give up on their Pilates session. They take place via Zoom; links are emailed out before the session. Lessons can be booked as and when you want.
